The Fairfield Junior PeeWee 2 team fought hard the whole game against Seymour, falling 7-0.
Fairfield's middle linebackers Declan O'Hara and Nicholas Morris stuffed the middle all game long, while the Giants' outside linebackers Jack Melbourne and
Finn Donelan kept the Tigers running around the ends.
Pee Wee 1 shuts out Trumbull Rangers
The Fairfield Giants Pee Wee 1 team improved its record to 5-2, with their 26-0 victory
over the Trumbull Rangers.
Fairfield got on the board on its first possession of the game when quarterback Owen Cirilli connected with Phillip Pasmeg for a 20 yard touchdown completion.
Griffin Donahue sliced his way through the Trumbull defense and scored from 20 yards out. The extra point attempt was good, putting
Fairfield up 14-0. Ian Bartlett's tough run at the end of the first put the Giants up 20-0.
Fifteen different Giants players carried the ball during the second half. Owen Cirilli's 15-yard run put the home team up 26-0.
The Giants hope to stay on the winning track when they travel to
New Haven next weekend for their final regular season game.
