Two men rob Bridgeport eatery

BRIDGEPORT -- Two men, one armed with a gun, held up the Taco King restaurant Monday.

Employees of the Madison Avenue business said one of the men fired a shot into the floor. No one was injured and the men, who were wearing what looked like surgical masks, escaped with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The detective bureau is investigating the robbery, a police spokesman said.
