Teams from the Gold Coast All-Stars competitive cheerleading and tumbling training center in Stamford sure have a lot to cheer about! In this their first season, the new squads of local cheerleaders, a merger of Greenwich's Liberty All-Stars and Stamford's Cheer Excape All-Stars, earned 26 first place trophies, six National Championships, and four Grand Champion awards.

The athletes who make up the program's eight teams range in age from 3 to 30 and come from Stamford, Greenwich, and throughout Westchester and Fairfield Counties.

"We are so proud of our team members.  They have an incredible commitment to each other and Gold Coast," says coach Tammy Thompson. "We have grown into a tight family this first season and know that will only get better as we grow."
