Supporters of Kids in Crisis recently attended the organization's annual "Hoedown" fundraiser. This year's theme, "Hoedown Heads to the Shore," celebrated summertime by the seashore at The Loading Dock in Stamford. More than 300 guests joined co-chairmen Denis and Lisa LaPolice and Tyler and Michele Wolfram for dinner and dancing, sophisticated live and silent auctions, and a lighthouse-themed Giving Tree. The annual event raised more than $425,000 for the emergency services and prevention programs the agency offers throughout Fairfield County.
