Danbury Music Centre announces auditions for Nutcracker Ballet

The Danbury Music Centre announces auditions for its annual production of Nutcracker Ballet, to be performed on Dec. 11, 12, and 13 with the Danbury Symphony Orchestra.

All roles in the ballet will be filled by audition. While most roles are for experienced dancers with formal training, some roles require minimal experience or training. Children ages 7 and older, and teenagers and adults are invited to audition. Youngsters under 7 require special permission to audition. Contact the Danbury Music Centre for additional information.

Auditions take place on Friday, Sept. 18, and Saturday, Sept. 19.
